To avoid rightful citizens of Pakistan from any fraud and misconception. The Capital Development Authority has asked about all the essentials details of any illegal and unapproved land captivities, housing societies on Wednesday.
There are a bunch of mushroom activities of housing societies going around the country. The best part is that. The majority of them has no objection certification (NOC) whilst construction is going on with its full flow.
Few of them might take the layout plan for the construction of a housing society. But not bothered enough to take no objection certificate that should be required later after the construction.
Due to these miscreants, normal residents of Pakistan have no choice but to invest in these housing societies with their limited financial resources, which they have been saving for years.
On 25th March, this was discussed in the Sub-Committee of Public Accounts Committee (PAC), held at Parliament House under the provision of MNA Riaz Fatyana.
On the occasion of speaking, the member of the committee Senator Talha Mehmood stated that because of these blunders, hundreds of innocent residents were in protest in the different corners around the country. The government also banned all necessary public utilities such as no water and gas supplies and connections. Due to this a huge no of populations facing these problems because of illegal acts.
